Tattooing Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in the artwork produced by Skeety Johnson™️. With over thirteen years of experience in creating custom skin art, I have established a standard that is unmatched. To maintain the consistency and quality of the branding produced by Skeety Johnson™️, the following terms must apply.
Tattoo Process
1. Initial Consultation: After booking your tattoo appointment, I will schedule another appointment to size your tattoo and discuss the small details of the subject/concept. This session takes about 15 minutes. During this appointment, I will take pictures of the location and apply contact film to the area of your body that will be tattooed. Note that no design will be ready on this day.
2. Design Creation: Following the initial consultation, I will spend hours researching and putting concepts together using AI, digital sculpting, and photoshopping. Sometimes, I may set up photoshoots to create the perfect reference. Due to prior bookings, the final design will be finalized the day before your appointment and shown on the day of the tattoo.
3. Creative Freedom: My tattoos require full creative freedom. While you will choose the subject of the tattoo, I will have full creative control over the design. This ensures that the piece flows with your body and looks great from any angle. If you desire full control over the design process, a fee will be applied for the time spent collaborating on the design.
4. Out-of-State Clients: For out-of-state clients, I will conduct the sizing via pictures and, if necessary, have a video conference. If you wish to have full control over the design process, this can also be done via video conference.
Pricing
1. Single Session Tattoos: $1,600 + Service fee + taxes. This includes eight hours of total time. Anything past the initial eight hours will be at the client and artist's discretion. Payment for the full day is mandatory even if you leave early.
2. Multiple Session Tattoos: $1,400 + Service fee + taxes per session. Large tattoos may take more than one day to complete, and each day will cost as above.
3. Half-Day Sessions: $900. These are scheduled for four hours. Payment for the full four hours is mandatory even if you leave early. The first session cannot be a half-day or out-of-state/travel appointment.
4. Deposits: $600 + Service fee + taxes. For sleeves or multiple sessions, two deposits totaling $1,200 are required to start. Out-of-state, guest spot, and convention deposits are non-refundable.
5. Design Collaboration Fee: $600 + Service fee + taxes. This fee applies if you wish to be involved in the full design process, with a maximum collaboration time of three hours.

Booking and Deposits
• A deposit is required to book your design day. The deposit will be kept if you miss your appointment or arrive over 30 minutes late. Your deposit will be returned upon full completion of the tattoo when it has fully healed and a good picture has been taken.
Payment Methods
• Currently, I only accept zelle: [email protected]. Please include your IG name in the notes.
Changes and Cancellations
• If you change your mind and want a different piece than initially agreed upon, a new deposit will be required.
Tattooing Over Blemishes/Scars
• I cannot guarantee the completion time when tattooing over blemishes such as scars, birthmarks, or burns, as the skin may not take ink regularly.
Bringing Guests
• Please come alone to your appointment. Having others around can be distracting and affect the quality of the artwork. If you really need to bring someone, it will be upon both of us agreeing.
Rescheduling
• Rescheduling will cost 50% of your deposit and requires a minimum of two weeks' notice. If you reschedule a second time, you will lose the remaining 50% of your deposit.
Late Arrivals
• Arriving 30 minutes late will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Preparation
• Start preparing seven days before your appointment by avoiding alcohol, drinking plenty of water, and moisturizing your skin with Cerave 'Rough & Bumpy Skin' lotion.
Long-Term Completion
• If your tattoo is not finished within a year, you may need to redo the entire tattoo to match the tones.
Appointment Day
• Be prepared for the starting time to change. Come rested, well-fed, and wear comfortable clothes. Plan to stay late and have no plans for the day or night.
Arrival
• Arrive on time and bring your ID. Upon arrival, you will fill out a tattoo release form and pay the remaining balance. A 15% fee will be applied for card or digital payments. By agreeing to this process, you allow me full creative freedom on the design.
