Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling appointments or making inquiries.Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Skeety Johnson Art regarding the preparation for and aftercare of your tattoo.Not engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities while using our services.

2. Appointments and Consultations

Booking: To book an appointment or consultation, a deposit is required. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your tattoo. The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.Consultation Deposits: Deposits for consultations are non-refundable and are applied toward the final cost of the tattoo if you decide to proceed with the design.

3. Payment and Refunds

Payment: Full payment for services is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please discuss your concerns with us, and we will work to address them.

4. Health and Safety

Compliance: You must follow all health and safety instructions provided by Skeety Johnson Art. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of service.Disclosure of Medical Conditions: You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or other relevant health information before receiving a tattoo. Skeety Johnson Art is not liable for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All designs created by Skeety Johnson Art, whether custom or flash, remain the intellectual property of Skeety Johnson Art. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the designs for commercial purposes without express permission.Client Rights: You have the right to use the tattoo design for personal purposes only. Any commercial use of the design requires explicit permission from Skeety Johnson Art.

Service Risks: Tattooing involves certain risks, including infection, allergic reactions, and other complications. By receiving a tattoo, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Skeety Johnson Art is not liable for any complications arising from the service.Disclaimer: Skeety Johnson Art makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the results of the tattooing process.
